Product Overview

The 1-hole round anchor head is a prestressed anchorage assembly designed specifically for single strands. It consists of an anchor ring, wedges (with threaded tooth surfaces), and a locking device. Commonly available in models like YJM15-1, it is used for reliable anchoring of strands in infrastructure projects.

✅ Core Structure & Materials

Anchor Ring: Made of 45# steel with quenched and tempered heat treatment; its surface is typically finished with black oxidation, and it features a conical inner hole to match the wedges.

Wedge Assembly: Crafted from alloy steel, usually composed of 2-3 pieces combined into a conical shape. The inner side is equipped with oblique fine teeth (to enhance friction with strands), and some wedges have elastic grooves to optimize anchoring performance.

Locking Device: Optional nuts (fastened via threads) or pins to prevent wedge loosening or disengagement.
