Our Automatic Tray Sealing Packaging Line is designed for efficient and hygienic packing of fresh meat, irregular cooked food and sticky products, providing a fully integrated solution from accurate weighing to final carton packing.

The complete process includes:
Multihead weigher weighing → automatic product filling into trays → tray sealing → date coding or labeling → checkweighing → carton packing, forming a continuous and stable automated production line.

With a specially designed multihead combination weigher for difficult materials, the system ensures high weighing accuracy and smooth feeding even for irregular shapes, moist and sticky products, reducing product loss and improving packaging consistency.

After precise filling, trays are transferred to the high-performance tray sealing machine, which provides strong and uniform sealing, with optional vacuum or MAP function to extend shelf life and maintain product freshness during storage and transportation.
