Equipment description:
Battery Explosion Proof Test Chamber is a specialized device
designed for testing the safety of batteries (especially
lithium-ion batteries). Its core features revolve around
"explosion-proofing" and "safety":
Material:
Outer box: 1.5mm thick cold rolled sheet and treated with baking
finish,
Inner box: SUS#201 stainless steel. Thickness 1.0mm;
Single door, double door, inner box door is made of stainless
steel, and silicone fastening bar is added, and there is a
observation window at front of test chamber;
The door is connected to the box by a strong hinge, and the
explosion-proof cold handle door lock;
The inside of the test box is affixed with tape to prevent
corrosion, insulation, flame retardant and easy to clean;
With a circular wire hole on the left side of each box, the
diameter is φ 50mm, which is convenient for testing the connection
line feed through; (the number and direction of test holes can be
specified)
Each layer has a separate test panel to control the exhaust in each
test chamber, and the exhaust fan in the box can be opened to
exhaust smoke during the test;
Each side of the box is equipped with an exhaust fan (φ 120mm) and
an exhaust duct, which can be connected to the laboratory powerful
exhaust fan;
Each layer of the cabinet is equipped with a lighting device to
facilitate observation of the sample.
There is a thermal insulation design between each layer to avoid
mutual influence testing.

2. What about the delivery term?
For our standard machine which means normal machines, If we have
stock in the warehouse, is 3-7 working days;
If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 15-20 working
days after payment is received;
If you are in urgent need, we will make a special arrangement for
you.
3. Do you accept customization services? Can I have my logo on the
machine?

4. How can I install and use the machine?
Once you have ordered the testing machines from us, we will send
you the operation manual or video in English version through Email.

already installed, you just need to connect the power cable and
start to use it. And if it's necessary, we can also assist you to
install your machine on-site.
