ACEY-FC250 film coating machine is widely used in various coating research applications, including ceramic films, crystalline layers, battery material coatings, and specialized nano‑films. Coating thickness is precisely controlled via micrometer adjustment. Equipped with an accurate film applicator, the system’s moving push‑rod advances at a constant speed to ensure uniform slurry deposition on the substrate. This makes the equipment especially suitable for producing battery electrodes, as it guarantees consistent density of the positive and negative active materials across the entire electrode sheet.
