Product Description
ACEY-BCT530-128P is used to test the voltage and capacity parameters of the battery during the cell formation/charging capacity verification stage. Based on the test results, it performs classification of the batteries into the same grades, conducts data analysis, and uploads and shares the results.
Product Features
1. Each battery is independently controlled, with its own constant
current and constant voltage source, ensuring stability and no
impact.
2. The equipment is controlled by an STM32 microcontroller and
operates in conjunction with a computer. It can save all test data
and curves, and can also be operated directly through the device's
keyboard panel. The setting process completes the test and performs
sorting.
3. Real-time detection and display of each battery's status. If
there is an abnormality, the channel will stop working and the
indicator light will illuminate.
4. It has a power-off protection function. After power is restored,
it can resume the original working process.
5. The power transistor uses a field-effect transistor, suitable
for batteries with lower voltage discharge, such as lithium iron
phosphate batteries.
6. It adopts a graphical operation interface, which is clear and
intuitive. It simultaneously displays data such as battery voltage,
current, time, and capacity, and can set different colors to
display the corresponding working status and abnormal conditions.
7. The software is powerful and the human-machine interface is
friendly.
8. The four-wire test interface ensures high measurement accuracy.
