ACEY-AS10SP battery sorting machine is suitable for cell sorting and grouping tests of battery models such as 32135, 33140, 38121, 40135, and 46140. The control system integrates an industrial computer, motion controller, high-precision servo motors, and a high-accuracy battery internal resistance tester, delivering high accuracy, strong flexibility, and fast operating speed.

Compared with conventional PLC and touch-screen control systems, this architecture offers clear advantages in production report generation, communication and online integration with other equipment, product model changeover, and production parameter adjustment.
