Production Flow of Decorative Woven Mesh
The weaving procedure begins with wire crimping: dedicated crimping
machines process warp and weft wires of different sizes to form
regular wave patterns. Warp wires are arranged neatly and fixed on
the loom heald frame. The up-and-down movement of the frame creates
weaving openings, then weft wires are interlaced and inserted
manually or by automated equipment.
After weft wires are positioned firmly, the loom shuttle compresses
the weaving joints tightly to ensure overall structural firmness.
The heald frame keeps adjusting height to form a stable up-down
interweaving structure, realizing continuous and standardized mesh
manufacturing.
