• Hot head lifting (Z-axis) is driven by a 750W servo.
• Both axes are equipped with planetary reducers to ensure positioning accuracy and stable thrust.
• Automatic loading/unloading worktable: Executed by a linear module driven by a pneumatic cylinder, reducing manual intervention.
• Stamping method: Heating and pressurizing with a silicone rubber roller, driven by an adjustable-speed reduction motor.
• Unwinding: A reduction motor provides constant tension.
• Rewinding: A closed-loop motor (with encoder) ensures constant tension recovery.
• The control system uniformly adopts Inovance (servo/PLC/HMI).
