Ventilation Aging Test Chamber

This equipment is applicable to wires, cables, insulators, leathers, plastics, rubbers and fabrics. After the samples are evenly heated at specified temperatures and durations while fresh air is maintained inside the chamber, it can observe and test properties such as yellowing resistance, degumming, shrinkage, elongation and residual rate of samples before and after aging, so as to determine their aging characteristics. Specifically designed with adjustable ventilation volume to keep fresh air circulating inside the chamber during the heating test of wires and cables.

• Precise & Wide-Range Temperature Control:Temperature range from RT+25℃ to 250℃, with ±0.5℃ control accuracy, ±0.1℃ resolution, and ≤±2.5℃ temperature uniformity for stable and uniform heating.
• Efficient Heating System:3kW power configuration, heating from room temperature to 300℃ in approx. 60 minutes, meeting rapid aging/testing requirements.
• Durable & Corrosion-Resistant Structure:Inner chamber in SUS304 stainless steel, outer cabinet in cold-rolled steel with baking finish, high-density rock wool insulation, and a turntable design for even specimen heating.
• Practical Configuration:Equipped with a timer, double-layer tempered glass observation window with built-in lighting, and 2 fixed mesh shelves for easy observation and operation.
• Flexible Mobility & Stability:Brake casters enable convenient movement and secure positioning during testing.
• Reliable Power Support:Compatible with 3-Phase 220VAC 50Hz power supply, operating stably in ambient conditions of 5~35℃ and ≤85%RH.

The product is shipped with an operating instructions and video of English version.or we will send you an operation video to teach you how to install and use the product with English speaking. However, if you need us to teach you face to face, please let us know in advance.

How about the packing for machine, is it safely protected during transportation?

Our machine is packed by standard export wooden box, it won’t be damaged. We’ve delivered many testing machines abroad by sea or by air without damage.
