Stryker 16L High Flow Insufflator for Endoscopy Surgical Operation
Product Description
The Stryker 16L high flow Insufflator machine is a device designed for minimally invasive surgery, where maintaining a stable and clear operating field of view is crucial. It can accurately measure pressure and control flow, and is used to continuously inject filtered medical carbon dioxide gas into the abdominal cavity.
Its precision is reflected in pressure measurement, which can reach
30 mmHg. In practical operation, surgical personnel can choose the
appropriate gas injection rate through the three gas flow rates
provided by it. The device status is presented through four digital
displays, corresponding to the set pressure, real-time pressure,
current flow rate, and cumulative consumption of carbon dioxide
volume. The power range that the body can accept is 100-240V, with
a maximum power consumption of 120W.
Insufflation Rates:
Features:
1. The high flow design has an injection rate of up to 16 L/min, which can quickly achieve the ideal expansion state of the surgical area and reduce initial waiting time.
2. The system is internally designed with an automatic exhaust
protection mechanism - when the actual pressure exceeds the set
value, the equipment will immediately interrupt inflation and
automatically release excess gas to avoid clinical risks caused by
excessive pressure.
3. START/STOP one click start stop, as well as independent
waterproof foot pedals, allow doctors to maintain a sterile state
while easily switching operating states during surgery.
4. (Set pressure/actual pressure/flow rate/gas consumption) are
presented in real-time through four clear digital display screens.
Once displacement or fluctuations are observed during surgery,
assistants or surgeons can respond promptly.

Precautions
1. Full monitoring: During the process of pneumoperitoneum, it is necessary to continuously monitor the patient's vital signs, especially pay attention to their respiratory status, and be alert to hypercapnia caused by carbon dioxide absorption.
2. Pressure safety limit: The intra-abdominal pressure must not exceed 30 mmHg; It is generally recommended to maintain at 10-15 mmHg.
3. Special patient risks: Children, sickle cell anemia, pulmonary dysfunction, and other patients have poor compensatory ability for carbon dioxide metabolism and need to be extra cautious.
4. High pressure hazards: When the pneumoperitoneum pressure is
greater than 15 mmHg, the absorption rate of carbon dioxide
increases significantly and should be avoided as much as possible.
