The LY-08-1300 Three‑Axis Robotic Palletizer is specifically engineered for automated sheet feeding and composite board stacking within continuous production lines. Common applications include sandwich panels, honeycomb boards, and industrial composite processing setups.

Utilizing a three‑axis motion control system, the robot delivers accurate positioning, reliable stacking accuracy, and smooth operational performance. Capable of handling up to four 3‑meter boards per minute, it substantially raises automation levels while lowering labor costs.

Its robotic arm is rated for a 20 kg/m² load, with customization options available to suit different board weights and dimensions. A 1‑meter maximum stacking height ensures secure and well‑organized palletizing.

When linked with conveyor systems, the unit forms a fully integrated automated material handling line. The conveyor chain can bear loads up to 3 tons, making it appropriate for heavy‑duty composite panels.

The machine has a standard length of 6 meters, which can be adjusted to meet specific factory layout needs. Operating on a three‑phase 380V/50Hz power supply, the equipment provides stable, energy‑efficient performance ideal for industrial production environments.
