• Ultra-low emissions, with the minimum concentration reaching 1mg/Nm3 , suitable for occasions with ultra-low emission requirements and high-value dust recovery needs. It can handle high-humidity and oily dust with RH>95%, is water-proof and resistant to micro-oil, such as steel hot rolling dust. In heavy oil environments, a composite dust removal process should be adopted. l
• It has good tolerance to sticky dust. For the treatment of highly sticky dust, a composite process is more suitable, such as CaO, CaCl2 , KCl, NaCl, MgCl2 , NH3Cl, etc. l
• It can handle highly abrasive dusts, such as aluminum powder, silicon powder, carbon powder and iron ore powder, etc. l
• It has a long service life, up to 10 years at the longest, and low usage cost throughout the entire life cycle. l
• The maximum operating temperature can reach 80 ℃. l
