1. Raw Material Incoming Inspection
Ductile Iron / 45# Carbon Steel: Material grade, hardness, and
composition are tested to ensure compliance with HT200/45# steel
standards. Non-conforming raw materials are returned immediately.
Composite Jaw Pads / PP+TPR Grips: Environmental friendliness
(RoHS/REACH), wear resistance, and temperature resistance are
tested to ensure no hardening or cracking between -30℃ and 150℃.
Ratchet Gears / Quick-Release Buckles: Tooth profile accuracy and
hardness are tested to ensure HRC45-50 after quenching, with a
tooth profile error of ≤0.01mm.
2. In-Process Inspection
Each process step has a dedicated high-level quality control
inspector. Key inspections include the fit of the embedded jaws,
the accuracy of the main shaft positioning, and the smoothness of
the ratchet mechanism. The fitting gap is ≤0.05mm, and the
positioning error is ≤0.1mm.
During assembly, the sensitivity of the dual-release buttons and
the clamping force are tested. The peak clamping force is randomly
checked on every 5 units to ensure it reaches 10000N, far exceeding
the rated 8000N standard.
3. Final Product Inspection
Every finished product is inspected: quick-release positioning
smoothness, ratchet locking force, dual-release sensitivity,
embedded jaw fit, and absence of scratches/paint defects on the
surface. Any non-conformance results in rework.
The full inspection includes clamping accuracy testing, ensuring
that the workpiece displacement after clamping is ≤0.1mm, meeting
the requirements for precision machining.
