With a 1:1 weight mix ratio and Shore A hardness of 60±5, it provides lightweight protection and efficient heat dissipation while ensuring compliance with strict safety standards. This adhesive complies with RoHS and REACH requirements, making it suitable for international markets and eco-conscious applications.
1.Ultra-Low Density: 1.09±0.03 g/cm³ mixed density reduces overall battery module weight, improving energy density and extending range in electric vehicles and portable energy storage systems.
2.UL94 V0 Flame Retardancy: Achieves V0 vertical burning rating,
providing critical fire safety for high-energy soft-pack batteries
and meeting strict industry standards for thermal management and
fire protection.
3.Excellent Fluidity: Initial mixed viscosity of 400–700 mPa·s
ensures complete penetration into narrow gaps between battery cells
and structural components, eliminating voids and ensuring uniform
heat dissipation.
4.Rapid Curing: Achieves full curing in 2.5–3.5 hours at 25°C, or
accelerates to ≤40 minutes at 60°C, enabling efficient production
cycles while maintaining high bond strength and dimensional
stability.
5.Wide Temperature Resistance: -40°C to 120°C operating range
ensures reliable performance in extreme temperature conditions,
from cold climates to high-temperature charging scenarios.
