This product is specifically designed for the front suspension
system of the BYD Qin PLUS DM-i. It is a critical rubber vibration-damping component installed at
the connection between the front stabilizer bar and the
subframe—the front stabilizer bar bushing. Although a small part, the stabilizer bar bushing plays a core
role in connecting the stabilizer bar to the frame, absorbing
vibrations, cushioning impacts, and maintaining precise suspension
system positioning, directly affecting cornering stability,
straight-line ride comfort, and chassis noise performance.
The BYD Qin PLUS DM-i features a classic MacPherson strut front suspension. The stabilizer bar spans across the left and right wheels,
connected to the subframe via the bushings. When the vehicle turns,
the stabilizer bar generates torsional force to resist body roll;
the bushing absorbs high-frequency road vibrations and impacts
through elastic deformation, preventing noise and wear caused by
hard metal-to-metal contact. As a core model of BYD's super hybrid
technology, the Qin PLUS DM-i has consistently ranked among the top
sellers in its segment, creating stable and sustained demand for
its chassis suspension parts in the aftermarket.
As a professional manufacturer of automotive chassis rubber
components, we develop and produce strictly according to BYD OEM
technical standards. Using EPDM rubber compound with an integrated high-strength metal skeleton, our products are formed through precision vulcanization. They
pass -40°C to +120°C high-low temperature cycle tests, ≥240-hour salt spray tests, and ≥500,000-cycle dynamic fatigue tests, ensuring long-term resistance to
deformation, aging, and cracking. The product is compatible with
the original 22mm stabilizer bar diameter, providing direct
replacement for aged or damaged stabilizer bar bushings to restore
chassis tightness and driving stability.
