This series is specifically designed for the pure electric drive system of the BYD Qin PLUS EV (including Champion Edition and Intelligent Driving Edition). They are the front and rear suspension components supporting and securing the electric motor assembly—the front motor mount assembly and rear motor mount assembly. As core components of the powertrain mounting system, these mounts work together with the left and right mounts to form a four-point support structure, securing the electric motor firmly to the subframe while absorbing vibrations, isolating noise, and limiting powertrain displacement.

As a core sales model of BYD's pure electric vehicle lineup, the BYD Qin PLUS EV is equipped with a front-mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor with maximum power output of 100-135kW and peak torque of 180-280N·m. The pure electric drive system features instant high-torque output, placing higher demands on the load-bearing capacity and fatigue resistance of the mounting system. The front mount is located at the front lower section of the powertrain, and the rear mount at the rear lower section, together bearing substantial loads during acceleration and braking, making them among the most stressed components in the mounting system.
