The JLCL-3 is an industrial-grade high-precision AC measurement
module engineered by Tonghe Electronics for global industrial power
systems. This advanced module integrates 3-phase voltage and
current acquisition with multi-parameter comprehensive monitoring,
serving as the core data acquisition unit for power monitoring and
distribution systems.
Supporting 3-channel AC voltage (0~300VAC phase voltage) and
3-channel AC current (0~5AAC phase current) detection, it features
≤±1% measurement error within 170~265VAC and 20%~100% current
range. The module accurately collects key electrical parameters
including phase voltage, current, power factor, active/reactive
power, AC frequency, and active energy.
Compatible with a wide DC power supply range (88~286VDC, rated at
220VDC), the JLCL-3 seamlessly adapts to global mainstream
industrial power architectures. Equipped with dual RS485
communication ports for easy wiring and Modbus protocol support, it
integrates smoothly with various upper-level monitoring systems.
With excellent environmental adaptability, the JLCL-3 operates
stably in indoor industrial environments (-10℃~+40℃, 95% RH &
40℃±2℃, altitude ≤2000m), featuring resistance to conductive dust
and corrosive gases. Widely used in industrial power distribution
