Product Description
This double‑side UV‑C + ozone combination sterilizer is the
ultimate solution for surface disinfection of three‑dimensional
food packaging such as trays, bowls, cups, clamshells, and pouches
– both inside and outside. By placing UV‑C lamps above and below
the conveyor, transparent or open packages receive simultaneous
irradiation on all exposed surfaces. The optional 185nm lamps
generate trace ozone (0–5 ppm), which penetrates microscopic
shadows, crevices, and folds for unmatched microbial kill. Typical
log reduction: >5 log for bacterial spores, >4 log for yeasts
and molds. Ideal for high‑risk foods (raw poultry, seafood,
ready‑to‑eat salads) and complex package geometries.
