PVC Laminated Gypsum Ceiling Panels – 595×595 mm Suspended Ceiling
Tiles
PVC laminated gypsum ceiling panels are composite building
materials consisting of a gypsum core with a factory-applied PVC
film surface layer. They are designed for use in exposed grid
suspended ceiling systems, providing a balance of dimensional
stability, surface durability, and functional performance in
controlled indoor environments.

Installation and Handling Guidelines
Technical Notes for Proper Use:
• Panels must be stored flat on a level surface in a dry,
ventilated warehouse with relative humidity below 85%. Maximum safe
stacking height is 8–10 panels.
• Allow panels to acclimatize to the installation environment for
at least 24 hours prior to fixing.
• Installation temperature range: 5°C to 40°C. Avoid installation
in areas with sustained humidity exceeding 90%.
• When cutting, use a fine-tooth hand saw or scoring knife.
Appropriate personal protective equipment (dust mask, safety
glasses) is recommended to control gypsum dust.
• The supporting T-bar grid must be installed level and rigidly
fixed according to manufacturer load requirements.
• Surface cleaning should be performed with a soft damp cloth and
neutral detergent. Avoid abrasive materials or solvent-based
cleaners that may degrade the PVC layer.
• Perforated panels should be inspected periodically for dust
accumulation in the holes to maintain designed acoustic
performance.
Project References
Selected Project Supply Records:
• 26,000 m² of 8 mm perforated PVC laminated panels supplied for a
Grade-A office tower in Southeast Asia. The system provided
effective sound absorption in open-plan office areas while
maintaining ease of access for maintenance.
• 14,500 m² of 7.8 mm plain-finish panels used in a mid-range hotel
renovation project. The moisture-resistant surface performed
reliably in bathroom corridors and high-humidity zones.
• 11,000 m² of 9 mm sand-texture panels installed in a regional
hospital outpatient building, meeting requirements for cleanability
and low dust emission in clinical environments.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q1. What are the recommended storage conditions?
A: Panels should be kept flat on level supports in a dry warehouse.
Avoid direct sunlight, rain exposure, or stacking higher than 10
panels to prevent warping.
Q2. What payment and trade terms do you offer?
A: Standard payment is 30% T/T deposit with balance prior to
shipment, or irrevocable L/C at sight. Trade terms include FOB, CFR
and CIF.
Q3. What is the normal production lead time?
A: For standard specifications and colors, production lead time is
typically 20–25 days after receipt of deposit. Custom surface
patterns may require additional time.
Q4. Do you accept OEM or custom design orders?
A: Yes. We can produce according to client-specified dimensions,
surface patterns, or colors, subject to minimum order quantity
requirements.
Q5. Are product samples available?
A: Samples of standard items can be provided free of charge. The
recipient is responsible for courier shipping costs.
