Mechanical structure:
(1). Spindle system
The spindle rotation is driven by a speed regulating motor, and the speed is
continuously adjustable from 0 to 200 revolutions. The output shaft and clamping
jacking shaft are supported by bearings to reduce resistance. The carbon brush is
used inside the spindle box to reliably ground the welding machine and the welded
parts to avoid damage caused by excessive bearing current.
(2) . Workpiece clamping
The workpiece clamping is controlled by air cylinder, and the external air pump is
equipped to ensure normal air pressure and flow during operation.
