1. Sleeve Labeling Process
Label rolls are unwound through the conveying system and
detected/positioned by photoelectric sensors. Labels are cut into
individual sleeves, which are then expanded into cylindrical shapes
by mechanical arms or pneumatic devices. Sleeves are applied over
containers (bottles, cans) from above or the side, positioning them
precisely on designated areas.
2. Positioning Adjustment
After label application, mechanical positioning devices or
photoelectric detection systems ensure precise label placement.
Some equipment features automatic correction mechanisms to adjust
label position deviations.
3. Heat Shrinkage
Containers with applied labels enter the shrink tunnel (hot air
oven or steam oven). At specific temperatures (typically 60-180°C),
the heat-shrink film contracts under heat. After cooling and
setting, the packaging is complete. The shrink film adheres tightly
to the container surface, creating a smooth, wrinkle-free packaging
effect.
