13-01C Fully Automatic Loose Bottle Bagging Machine
The 13-01C features a simple yet practical design with flexible operation and minimal footprint. This automated solution replaces traditional manual packaging, significantly reducing labor costs while enabling production scaling. Suitable for both round and square bottles, it's designed specifically for plastic bottle packaging including HDPE and PET containers.
Empty bottles are conveyed onto the infeed belt and transported to the bagging section where integrated systems perform bottle detection, counting, and staggered arrangement. This automated process eliminates bacterial contamination from manual handling while achieving true unmanned operation.
