Guangdong Okai Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. has been manufacturing automation equipment in Dongguan, China since 2008. What started as a small machine shop has grown into a high-tech enterprise with 90 to 150 employees, serving over 1,000 customers across more than 30 countries. We design and build our own equipment, and most of what we make is exported.

Every handheld hot riveting machine goes through the same process: parts procurement from qualified suppliers, in-house assembly and wiring, parameter calibration, and a 48-hour continuous run test before packaging. The heating elements are sourced to our specifications, and the temperature control uses PID regulation that holds within 2 degrees of the setpoint. We machine rivet heads in our own CNC shop, so turnaround on custom profiles is fast and the fitment is consistent.

Our quality system is certified to ISO 9001:2015. The machines meet CE safety requirements. We are a regular supplier to automotive Tier-1 manufacturers, electronics assembly brands, and appliance producers who audit our factory annually.
