L10 Handheld Remote Methane Detector with 100 m Detection for LDAR

Product Introduction

The AiLF L10 is a handheld remote laser methane detector designed for non-contact natural gas leak inspection. Using TDLAS (Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy), the L10 detects methane remotely and provides fast concentration measurements during pipeline and infrastructure surveys.

Remote Detection for Field Surveys

With detection distances of up to 100 m and sensitivity down to 5 ppm·m, the L10 allows operators to inspect suspected leak points from a distance. The non-contact detection method is suitable for pipelines, gas infrastructure, storage facilities, and difficult-to-access areas.

Built for LDAR Workflows

The L10 supports LDAR (Leak Detection and Repair) programs by helping operators locate potential methane leaks and document inspection results. Audible and visual alarms provide immediate notification when abnormal methane signals are detected.

Digital Inspection Records

The L10 can connect to the ADA mobile application via Bluetooth for inspection data management. Gas readings can be linked with GPS locations, notes, and photos, making it easier to create leak survey records and maintain inspection history.

Handheld and Easy to Deploy

The compact handheld design allows the detector to be used for routine surveys, spot checks, and emergency leak inspection without complicated installation. The system is designed for rapid field deployment and continuous daily inspection work.

Flexible OEM / ODM Applications

The L10 platform can also support OEM/ODM requirements for customers developing customized methane leak detection solutions, inspection workflows, or integrated gas monitoring systems.
