APPLICATION

This machine is double-head weighing machine, which is composed of storage bin, vibratory feeder, load cell, weighing hopper and gate-opening mechanism. It is custom made for weighing ice according to its characteristics on the basis of standard weighing machine.

Considering the characteristics of ice, contact parts of the weighing machine are all made in diamond plate to avoid ice from getting sticking with weighing machine. And there is pushing device to avoid ice from getting stuck.

Unlike the horizontally arranged double feeder (coarse feeder and fine feeder) in standard weighing machine, we design the single vibration feeder type weigher for ice weighing machine. Fine feeding is realized through a platform trap door. Vibration motor is added in hopper to promote feeding.

The adoption of weighing module guarantees better accuracy and convenient operation. Parameters of different packing specifications can be saved in touch screen. When you switch from 2kg to 5kg ice, you just need to choose the parameters of 5kg. There is no need to adjust every time you when switch packing specifications.

All in stainless steel hermetic casing with functions of corrosion resistance and dust prevention.
