DX-8522 (500W) 5VA/5VB Plastic Burning Tester

The DX-8522 is a professional flammability testing instrument
designed for solid materials and foamed plastics with an apparent
density of ≥250 kg/m³. It evaluates both flammability and
penetration resistance using the 500W flame test method, fully

The tester uses two specimen shapes: long rectangular bars for
assessing burning characteristics, and square plates for
penetration resistance. It features a 500W burner with adjustable
flame dimensions (125mm outer, 40mm inner), a 0.75m³ enclosed black
test chamber, a 20° combustion angle, and a 0-99.9s adjustable
timer, ensuring accurate and repeatable test results.

with an apparent density of 250 kg/m³ or higher. It requires two
