Product application: due to the use of steatite and pass design,it can meet the requirements of
high temperature resistance and cross heating wire of heating ring components.Steatite ceramics have good insulation,heat resistance and low cost.95% alumina ceramics have higher service temperature (1100°c) than steatite ceramic(80°c), good stability and long service life.

**Materials and Structure:** Manufactured using natural mineral raw materials—including clay, kaolin, feldspar, and quartz—the product undergoes a process of batching, molding, drying, and high-temperature firing to form a highly tough mullite crystalline structure.
**Manufacturing Process:** These ceramic strips typically undergo a dual-firing process: an initial firing at approximately 950°C, followed by a second, high-temperature firing (at approximately 1375°C) after glazing.
**Application Fields:**
**Interior Design/Architecture:** Used as edging strips or decorative border lines for wall and floor tiles, primarily for decorative purposes in bathrooms and kitchens.
**Industrial/Electrical:** Utilized as a high-temperature-resistant and electrically insulating material—for instance, as insulating components for heating elements or as high-voltage electrical insulators.
**Wear-Resistant Materials:** Industrial-grade wear-resistant ceramic strips used as liners for material-conveying pipelines.
**Key Characteristics:** Compared to earthenware, these ceramic strips feature a smooth surface finish, exhibit extremely low water absorption, and possess excellent resistance to thermal shock (rapid temperature fluctuations).
