This hydraulic universal testing machine features a cylinder lower type main machine designed for tensile and compression testing of materials. Developed primarily for conducting tensile tests on prestressed concrete steel strands and compression tests on metallic and non-metallic materials, it accurately measures critical indicators including maximum force, yield force, and modulus of elasticity in full compliance with ISO 6934-4.

Frame Design

Hydraulic cylinder mounted at the bottom of the load frame with tensile testing space arranged at the upper part, while compression and bending testing spaces are situated between the lower crosshead and worktable.

Hydraulic power drives the piston inside the cylinder to supply required loading force. The lower crosshead is driven by an electric motor through reducer, chain drive mechanism, and screw pair, achieving flexible and accurate adjustment of testing space.

Software System

Designed for Windows operating system with dedicated test software incorporating programmable control capabilities. Supports arbitrary combination of multiple test modes including constant rate test force control, constant rate displacement control, test force retention, and displacement retention.

Control commands transmitted from computer to servo valve adjust opening magnitude and flow direction, precisely regulating hydraulic oil flow into the oil cylinder for accurate control over constant test force speed and constant displacement speed.

Complete file operation functions enable test reports, test parameters, and system parameters to be stored and managed in standardized file formats. Hierarchical user permission management with fully configurable system parameters ensures operational flexibility and stable reliability.
