Working Principle of Galvanized Perforated Mesh:

During the operation of the crusher, after the materials are crushed by the crushing device, they move rapidly towards the screen plate. Fine particles that meet the aperture requirements pass through the screen holes and discharge from the cavity to complete the crushing operation; materials larger than the aperture are blocked by the screen plate and returned to the crushing cavity for further grinding until the preset particle size is achieved. The galvanized layer can effectively isolate the direct contact between materials and steel plate, preventing the screen plate from rusting and blocking the screen holes.

Usage Precautions:

1. Before installation, check whether the screen plate surface is damaged or deformed and whether the galvanized layer is intact to avoid affecting the screening effect；
2. It is forbidden to put hard foreign objects such as metals and stones during operation to prevent screen plate rupture caused by impact；
3. Regularly clean the residual materials in the screen holes to avoid blockage; if the screen plate is found to be rusted or severely worn, it should be replaced in time；
4. During storage, it should be placed in a dry and ventilated environment, avoiding contact with acid and alkali substances to prevent corrosion of the galvanized layer.
