18650 Lithium Battery Pack Process Quality Features

Qualified Lithium Batteries: Sourced from certified, stable suppliers. All single batteries undergo comprehensive safety and performance testing before being approved for use.
Performance Assurance: Whether 14.8V or other energy storage battery packs, we ensure low internal resistance, high current discharge capacity, stable voltage platform, and effective heat dissipation.
Ventilation Structure: Battery structure features ventilation design with minimum 2mm spacing between adjacent batteries, secured using plastic brackets for stability.
Precision Spot Welding: Utilizes slotted nickel strips sized for high current discharge requirements. Nickel strip material ensures low internal resistance. Spot welding machines maintain stable operation with quality welding needles. Operators are certified through training and examination. Post-welding inspection verifies joint strength, with vibration testing conducted for each batch to validate anti-vibration performance.
Life Cycle Testing: Different battery batches are assembled into typical finished products for comprehensive life testing. Battery pack design specifications are refined based on actual cycle life data obtained from testing.
Temperature Performance Verification: Cells from various lithium battery manufacturers are assembled into finished products and subjected to different rate discharge tests at high and low temperatures to obtain actual discharge performance curves.
