Manufactured to EN 10346, DX51D is a low-carbon steel renowned for exceptional formability and ductility, enabling complex roll forming and lock-seaming without compromising the protective zinc coating. Through continuous hot-dip galvanizing, a uniform zinc layer forms a sacrificial barrier against moisture and condensation—common HVAC challenges. This combination makes it ideal for rectangular ducts, spiral ducts, fittings, and ventilation components requiring precise fabrication and decades of reliable service.
