Product Overview
The ET series rectifier is a DC48V90A power system operating at 48V, engineered to ensure reliable power distribution for telecommunications infrastructure, data centers, and industrial applications where uninterrupted operation is critical. It operates from a 220V AC single-phase input and delivers a tightly regulated DC output ranging from –43V DC to –58V DC, with a nominal value of –53.5V DC. Achieving over 94% conversion efficiency even under full load, this system is ideal for energy-efficient, high-density installations.
Designed for Continuous Operation with Modular Flexibility
Engineered with redundancy in mind, the system supports up to three
hot-swappable 1740W rectifier modules in an N+1 configuration. Each
module weighs under 1.5 kg and utilizes forced-air cooling for
consistent thermal management. With advanced power factor
correction (≥0.99) and low total harmonic distortion (THDi ≤5%), it
ensures clean output power while minimizing stress on upstream
equipment. The unit is housed in a 2U, 19-inch rack-mountable
chassis rated IP20, enabling front-access maintenance and
convenient top-side cable routing.
Advanced Control and Load Management
The integrated distribution panel includes BLVD functionality to
support flexible load prioritization. An intelligent onboard
controller provides extensive monitoring and configuration
capabilities through 2 ambient temperature sensor inputs, 8 digital
inputs, and 2 programmable dry-contact relay outputs for alarm
signaling. Remote management is enabled via RS485 and SNMP
interfaces, while a inserted LCD screen facilitates local setup and
real-time system monitoring.
Rugged Performance in Demanding Environments
Built to withstand extreme conditions, the rectifier delivers full
performance without derating across an ambient temperature range of
–40°C to +65°C and relative humidity from 5% to 95%
(non-condensing). It also sustains full output power at altitudes
up to 3000 meters. Combining space-efficient scalability,
intelligent power management, and rugged durability, the ET series
offers a future-ready DC power foundation for critical operations
where reliability is paramount.
