Product Description
The BAXIT laser particle size analyzer uses the dynamic light
scattering principle and photon correlation spectroscopy technology
to determine the size of particles based on the speed of their
Brownian motion in liquid. Small particles have fast Brownian
motion, while large particles have slow Brownian motion. When laser
light is shone on these particles, the scattered light will
fluctuate at different speeds depending on the size of the
particles. Photon correlation spectroscopy analyzes the size of the
particles based on the fluctuations of light in a specific
direction. Therefore, this instrument has the advanced principle of
high precision, which ensures the authenticity and validity of the
test results.
Product features
Using the full-range Mie scattering theory, based on the dispersing
medium and optical properties of the measured particles, the change
in light intensity at different angles for different particles is
selected, and high-quality non-uniform cross-shaped
three-dimensional fan matrix detectors are used to accurately
measure the size distribution of the particle group. Online dry and
wet laser particle size analyzers are used for the measurement of
particle size in industries such as calcium carbonate, food,
emulsions, paints, pigments, drugs, titanium dioxide, and crystals.
They can directly monitor the size distribution and trend of the
product in the production line and transmit the monitoring results
to the central control room or the DCS and PLC central control
system of the customer. It can continuously, quickly, timely, and
accurately track the size distribution and trend of the product
particles in the product delivery pipeline for 24 hours. During the
measurement, the computer can be connected, and the PLC system and
the production line can be connected for closed-loop control. The
sampling equipment can also be customized and installed according
to the requirements of the user's production line to ensure the
representativeness, continuity, and real-time nature of the
sampling, and to ensure that the instrument works stably in various
environments, improve the automation measurement level, improve
product quality, reduce energy consumption, and improve work
efficiency. The product complies with the ISO13320 international
standard.
Application scope
