Corrosion Resistant Rotary Drum Fine Screen Uniform Screening Low Failure Rate
Brief Description
The surface undergoes special anti-corrosion treatment, resisting acid, alkali, and salt spray corrosion, making it suitable for coastal or chemical areas. The scientifically designed screen surface distribution ensures uniform material passage and avoids localized overload. It performs exceptionally well in seawater desalination pretreatment and metal surface treatment wastewater treatment, ensuring long-term reliable system operation.

Product Overview
Crafted for efficiency and reliable functionality, our Rotary Drum Fine Screen delivers a full-package solids separation solution for heavy-duty wastewater conditions. It effectively removes fine suspended solids including scum, short fibers and particulate matter, producing clear effluent and compact, dewatered screenings.
Working Principle
Designed for maximum throughput and 24/7 operation, this system
integrates interception, cleaning, lifting, and dewatering into a
single uninterrupted automated workflow for heavy-duty wastewater
treatment.
1. Interception
The 35-degree angled drum rotates at a constant speed in the
channel, enabling fine screen panels to intercept solid particles
from continuous wastewater inflow without flow disruption.
2. Cleaning
Nonstop automatic cleaning accompanies drum rotation, with
heavy-duty nylon brushes and high-pressure sprays working together
to clear solids instantly, preventing clogging and maintaining high
throughput.
3. Lifting & Conveyance
Recovered solids are directed to the integrated screw conveyor,
which lifts screenings rapidly out of the water flow to keep pace
with continuous wastewater input.
4. Dewatering & Discharge
Screenings are compacted under pressure to minimize moisture and
volume quickly, with dewatered cake discharged continuously into
transport units. The closed setup controls odors and sustains
hygienic operation.
