3.Production line description

3.1 General description

JF 100 PU/PIR/ROCKWOOL continous sandwich panel line consists of decoiling,filming,pre-cutting,rockwool feeding/glue spraying,preheating,foaming,double belt heating,double belt curing,band saw cutting,cooling,stacking and packing system.This prodcution line combines mechanical,electronic control,hydraulic,penumatic,temperature and chemical technology.

Products are widely used in industrial buildings,exterior decoration,animal husbandry,clean room factory,cold room panel,garage door and other fields.

3.2 Features

3.2.1 The sandwich panel produced by this line is beautiful and practical,with the characteristics of heat preservation,heat insulation,sound insulation,flame retardant,waterproof,environmental protection and so on.

3.2.2 The production adopts hot air circulating heating furnace,which makes the temperature of polyurethane foaming and curing strictly controlled in the range of use and ensures the high quality of sandwich panel.

3.2.3 The production line adopts high pressure foaming system,which has the advantage of accurate measurement,high foaming stability.Using pentane as foaming agent,which conforms to the environmental protection process requirments of the production line.

3.2.4 The roll forming system of this production line adopts shaft type or box type structure,according to the different width and thickness of the steel sheet,the adjustment of box type structure is more convenient and reliable.

3.2.5 The production line adopts special double belt structure design.The 200mm pitch slat can reduce polygon effect,overcome transverse indentation of the panel surface and make the panel surface smoother.The large chain structure drives the 200mm pitch side mould to reduce the gap effectively,overcome the overflow of raw materials,while making the side of panel more flat and smooth.

3.2.6 The production line adopts servo tracking and cutting control technology.It makes teh cutting length more accurate.

3.2.7 The production line adopts PLC control,humanized desisn,simple and convenient operation.
