3LPE/3LPP Triple-Layer External Anti-Corrosion Coating System
The 3PE anti-corrosion coating processing line is engineered to apply a durable three-layer protective coating to steel pipes of various specifications, ensuring long-lasting corrosion resistance and reliable performance in demanding environments.
The system applies the coating in three sequential layers:
Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) - Provides superior adhesion and exceptional corrosion protection
Adhesive Layer - Ensures strong bonding between the FBE and outer polyethylene layer
Polyethylene (PE) Outer Layer - Offers robust mechanical protection and thermal insulation
This integrated coating solution is ideal for applications in oil,
gas, water, and infrastructure projects where pipeline longevity
and safety are critical.


3PE significantly enhances the pipeline's mechanical integrity,
electrical insulation, waterproofing, abrasion resistance, and
anti-aging properties.
3PE coating/coated steel pipes are extensively utilized in pipeline systems for transporting oil,
gas, water and other fluids. They exhibit remarkable resistance
against chemicals, moisture, and challenging environmental
conditions etc.
