Product introduction
The discharge vibrating sieve is a new type screening machine with
two kinds of single vibration source and double vibration source,
mainly used for removing impurity, loosen in the process of powder
production line.
On one side of vibration body installed one set horizontal
vibrating motor or on the both side installed with vibrating motor.
Through the horizontal vibration motor zxis up and down both ends
unbalanced eccentric hammer produce exciting force, due to the
vibration motor rotation, the screen surface part do three
dimensional vibration in horizontal, vertical, inclined direction,
make large under size material rapidly through the mesh, then
through the discharging mouth vertically into the next process.
Adjust the angle of the eccentric block on both ends of the
vibrating motor, can achieve different exciting force, reach the
different effect, meet the best screening effect of various
proportion materials.
