New plane screening equipment - Plane Gyratory Vibrating Screen
The plane gyratory screening machine is a new type of screening
equipment developed by introducing advanced foreign circular
vibration technology. It features a reasonable design, simple
structure, stable operation, and fully enclosed structure, which
effectively prevents dust pollution. It also offers anti‑blinding
and anti‑sticking capabilities.
It performs especially well in screening urea, which is highly
hygroscopic, adhesive, and prone to screen blockage and mesh
sticking. By adopting a plane gyratory motion principle, the
machine effectively reduces the dynamic force ratio and the
foundation load.
The equipment operates with vertical plane gyratory vibration and
is equipped with an automatic screen cleaning device under the
mesh. Compared with traditional linear vibrating screens, it
provides longer screen life, lower noise, and larger effective
screening area. The screening efficiency has been improved from the
original 93–95% to 98.5%, giving it excellent promotion prospects.
The plane gyratory screen is a new type of screening equipment
mainly designed for screening large‑particle urea, soda ash, and

The plane gyratory sifter is a kind of high standard fine sifter,
which is mainly composed of components such as sieve box, driving
device, sieve frame, support frame and vibration damping device.
The working principle is to use the ordinary motor to drive the
camshaft rotation, so that the screen body for horizontal rotary
motion (track for the horizontal circle), does not have the
vertical direction of vibration characteristics, does not destroy
the original physical properties of the material.

1. No vertical vibration, long screen life (6-12 months).
2. Each layer of the screen is equipped with screen anti-blocking
cleaning device. The screen does not block the holes and prolongs
the operation cycle. The sifter continuously cleans the screen in
working condition.
3. Because of the plane rotary principle, obviously improve the
distribution state of the material, so as to improve the effective
utilization rate of the screen surface, and finally improve the
screening efficiency and reduce the powder content in the finished
material.
4. Fully enclosed structure without dust pollution, improve the
working environment of operating staff.
5. The dynamic load on the foundation is very small, and the noise
is very low.
