Product Features:


1. The machine utilizes CNC technology with servo motor feeding, ensuring high efficiency and stable workpiece accuracy. Key hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components are sourced from renowned international suppliers.


2. Each side is equipped with two or three sets of punches and dies, capable of accommodating three different punch diameters, enabling the processing of all holes in a single operation.


3. The CNC feeding trolley is driven by an AC servo motor, with feedback provided by a photoelectric encoder. The closed-loop control system guarantees precise positioning accuracy.


4. The computer features a bilingual interface (Chinese/English), facilitating user-friendly operation and the ability to display workpiece drawings. Programming is simple, offering both manual input and the option to utilize programs generated by lofting software.


5. The CNC infeed carriage is powered by a servo motor, with information feedback provided by a photoelectric encoder. The closed-loop control system ensures exceptional positioning accuracy.



6. Marking, punching, and shearing are fully automated, with all finished angle components unloaded via a pneumatic turnover system, reducing operator effort.


7. The marking unit features a robust closed-frame design for enhanced rigidity. Four sets of character boxes are mounted on the marking unit, which can be selected through the program.


8. Equipped with a shearing bypass function to facilitate the processing of fixed-length angles.



9. The control system is composed of a host computer, CNC system, servo motor, PLC, and detection switches. By simply inputting the workpiece drawing, the processing program is generated automatically.


10. The hydraulic system is primarily responsible for performing punching, cutting, marking, pressing materials, and replacing character boxes.
