This Office Chair Back Tensile Testing Machine is specially used to test the tensile strength, fatigue resistance, structural stability and durability of the backrest for office chairs, swivel chairs, executive chairs and gaming chairs.
It applies a continuous and stable pulling force to the chair backrest to simulate the backward leaning, pulling and impact forces during actual use. The machine can accurately control the test force, pulling speed, cycle times and stroke, and automatically judge whether the backrest, backrest connection, screws or base have cracks, deformation, looseness or damage.
Equipped with high-precision sensor and intelligent control system, it ensures stable test process and accurate data. It is widely used in furniture factories, quality inspection laboratories and certification bodies to provide reliable test basis for product safety, quality control and standard compliance.

BIFMA X 5.1 clause 13 (Arm Strength Test - Vertical - Static) 1. Functional Load A force of 750 N (169 lbf.) shall be applied for one (1) minute. Remove the force. . Proof Load A force of 1125 N (253 lbf.) shall be applied for one (1) minute.
