Product use
This equipment is specially designed to perform oscillation and fatigue durability tests on baby carriers, baby slings, hip seats, baby wraps and other infant carrying products. It simulates the actual carrying, swinging, walking and vibration conditions during daily use, to verify the structural strength, stitching fastness, buckle reliability and overall durability of the product, ensuring long-term safety and stability.
Equipped with adjustable frequency, stroke and loading system, the machine applies standard test weights to simulate the baby load, and conducts continuous cyclic oscillation testing under set parameters. It automatically counts test times and can stop when preset cycles are completed or damage occurs.
