Modules marked with "R" adopt relay output, suitable for
high-voltage and high-current scenarios; those without "R" mostly
use transistor output, applicable to high-frequency switching
control. Power supply modules cover multiple voltage
specifications, matching the power grids of North America, Europe,
and other regions.

Frequently Asked Questions
We're in South America with a 440V 60Hz grid. Can the LOGO! 230V
model be used directly?
Never connect directly! The LOGO! 230V model's maximum voltage is
265V. Use an isolation transformer (primary 440V, secondary 220V)
with 10W+ power rating to step down voltage safely and filter grid
noise.
We use LOGO! on a farm powered by 12V solar panels. Which model is
suitable?
Choose LOGO! 12/24 RCE (6ED1052-1MD08-0BA1) supporting wide voltage
input (12V/24V DC). Add an energy storage battery and voltage
regulator to prevent voltage drops causing PLC restarts.
LOGO! installed near high-power equipment has communication drops.
Is it interference?
Yes, likely electromagnetic interference. Separate strong and weak
wires in different trunking, use shielded cables with proper
grounding, and avoid mixing power and communication cables.
Can LOGO! handle Middle Eastern desert temperatures exceeding 50℃?
LOGO! operates from -20℃ to 55℃. Leave 5-10cm ventilation space,
add cooling fans, avoid direct sunlight, and seal cabinets against
dust for optimal performance.
LOGO! Soft Comfort installation gets stuck on Windows 10. How to
fix?
Use version V8.3+, run installer in Compatibility Mode (Windows XP
SP3) as administrator. Copy to hard drive root directory and
disable firewalls/antivirus during installation.
Can I modify programs or check status directly with a phone?
Yes! All LOGO! 8+ models have built-in Web Server. Connect phone to
PLC's Ethernet network, enter IP address in browser to adjust
parameters, check faults, and control equipment remotely.
