Product use

This machine, also known as a manual colorfastness tester, manual fading tester, manual wet and dry rubbing color fastness tester, or manual wet and dry rubbing tester, is mainly used to assess the degree of color fading of various textiles, leathers, and paper products subjected to rubbing. The machine is used to rub a dry or damp white cotton cloth (with a specified load) on a rubbing hammer at a certain speed and number of times onto a colored test piece, and then compares the colorfastness to a standard color chart to evaluate the degree of color fading.
