Introduction to the Manhole Ring Machine:
The TONTEN Manhole Ring Machine is primarily utilized in municipal
engineering, construction sites, and precast component factories to
manufacture cement inspection manholes and their associated
components, which serve as integral parts of underground utility
networks (such as sewers, cable trenches, communication conduits,
etc.). By simply changing the molds, the machine can also be used
to produce a variety of other concrete products, including
curbstones, slope protection blocks, and standard masonry blocks.
Core Components:
Machine Frame: Welded from high-strength structural steel, this
serves as the machine's primary skeletal structure; it is
engineered to possess exceptional rigidity and stability to
withstand immense vibration and compressive forces.
Machine Base: Supports the entire assembly and connects directly to
the vibrating table.
Mold (Mold Box): The core operational component, precision-machined
from high-strength steel plates; it determines the final shape and
dimensions of the manufactured products. Typically comprising side
plates, core tubes, and other elements, the mold can be rapidly
interchanged to accommodate the production of different product
types.
Press Head: Positioned above the mold, this component is driven by
a hydraulic cylinder to exert downward pressure, thereby compacting
