Casting, also known as die casting, is a method of casting liquid metal into a metal mold to obtain a casting. The mold is made of metal and can be used repeatedly (several hundred to several thousand times). Metal casting can currently produce castings with certain limitations in terms of weight and shape. For example, the ferrous metal can only be a simple shape casting; the weight of the casting cannot be too large; the wall thickness is also limited, and the smaller casting wall Thickness cannot be cast.

1. Gray cast iron

Gray cast iron valves are used in various industries because of their low price and wide application range. They are usually used in water, steam, oil and gas as medium, and widely used in chemical industry, textile printing and dyeing, oil, and many other little or no affect the effects of iron pollution of industrial products. Applicable to the working temperature between 15 ~ 200 ℃, nominal pressure PN 1.6 MPa or less low-pressure valve.

2. Nodular cast iron

Ductile iron is a type of cast iron that replaces flake graphite in gray iron with nodular or nodular graphite. This change in the internal structure of the metal makes its mechanical properties better than ordinary grey cast iron and does not damage other properties. As a result, valves made of ductile iron have more pressure than those made of gray iron. Applicable to the working temperature between 30 ~ 350 ℃, nominal pressure PN 4.0 MPa or less in the low pressure valve. Suitable for water, sea water, steam, air, gas, oil, etc.
