Introudction of Fluid Loss Control Valve

The Fluid loss control valve is a kind of leakage proof valve, which is the completion tools that is designed to prevent the oil reservoir from being polluted during the well test. It can resist the high temperature and high pressure. When completing the well, it can protect the borehole by working as an interlayer to isolate the oil reservoir. So the leakage-proof valve can help to improve the oil productivity and simplify the completing test.

Features of Fluid Loss Control Valve

• It includes body part and switch tools
• It adopts the full open mechanical operation ball valve which is connected with oil tube. The valve can be opened and closed by lifting the string
• It is used in large size well completion, installed under permanent or recycling completion packer, it can achieve the function of running into or taking out a long service equipment(such as the perforator) under the condition that the formation is completely sealed, which help to reduce the processing of the fluid loss control
