Introudction of Cement Retainer

The cement retainer is the tools for the well completion operation. The cement retainer is desinged with compact structure,small OD, which make the cement retainer is easy to drill out. The cement retainer is suitable for any grade casing. A ratchet lock ring secure dynamic setting force.The seal system consists of one-piece packing element and metal back-up ring. The one-piece slip virtually eliminate premature setting,and will be easily drill out.

The cement retainer is available for 4 1/2” - 9 5/8”casing and used for secondary cementing operations.

Features of Cement Retainer

• The cement retainer can be directly set on HSB hydraulic setting tool.
• The cement retainer is able to be Milled to drill out.
• A ratchet lock ring secure dynamic setting force, ensure the safety setting during the pressure change
• With superior seal system,the cement retainer consist of one-piece packing element and metal back-up ring.
• Working pressure: 10,000psi
