Specification Details:

1. Minimum net work volume of 50T + 25% minimum free space at the head of the tank. -

2. 60º conical cylinder fermentation tank -

3. Preferred working pressure: 1.5 bar minimum. - Pressure test with water and gas at 3 bar minimum.. -

4. Manhole in top / without shadows to the CIP cleaning. -

8. PRVP valve in Dish head, tared to the maximum working pressure of the tank -

9. Rotating arm for CIP cleaning of the interior, equipped with 360º ball and Butterfly Sanitary Valve. -

10. Rotary arm for pressure control equipped with "tee" for Membrane Pressure Gauge-SS304 (Stainless Steel Diaphragm Gauge), adjustable (spunding) pressure relief valve and final butterfly valve. -

Tri clamp Dry Hop Port 4 "in Top with End Cap - Tri Clamp + Sanitary sample valve. - Tri Clamp + Stainless steel sphere thermometer SUS304. - Tri Clamp + Thermowell and temperature probe PTC 100 - Tri Clamp port with carbonation stone + ¼ "Check valve + small ball valve - Rotating racking arm and port on cone with butterfly valve with sliding seal without leakage. -

12. Tri clamp total discharge arm with butterfly valve - Liquid livel indicator with flexible tube and sanitary ball valve between the CIP arm and the total discharge arm of the cone.
