2. TP-CR Series Flexo Printing Slotting Machine can easy combine with Inline Folder Gluer (Case Maker) and add Pre-feeder to make the whole line more efficiency, so the total line only need 3-4 people for operation.

1. TP-CR Series open & closed type Flexo Printing slotting machine is a gear drive vacuum transfer machine, which is benefits for all kind of Wrap, Bend cardboards, save your materials.
2. Lead Edge Feeding System, Long life time, lower error, and power saving. If choose Non-crash feeding, do not damage the cardboard strength.
3. Vacuum suction, ceramic coated, segmented vacuum suction, transfer wheels coated with wear-resistant ceramic for accurate transmission and long-life time, save sheet cost and power.
4. Closed Chambered Doctor Blade, ink saving, Nanometer ceramic coated for easy cleaning with special aluminum alloy, improved bending resistance by 30%, saving ink supply by 20% with ink auto washing system.
5. The Transmission Gears are made of High-Quality alloy steel (20CrminTi), which is ground and hardened to GRC58-62 standard.
6. Details-oriented for Safety and Reliability, safety emergency button set on each unit operation interface, protection switch set inside of each section for easy maintain and ensure safety during people work inside.
7. Free key Connection for stable Precision, application of free key connection to reduce backlash and maintain the printing accuracy.
