(1)Film with corrosive resistance inorganic resin

(2)Hydrophilic film: organic resin

Characteristic of hydrophilic aluminium foil

• excellent hydrophilicity and corrosion resistance
• good formability and no wear on the mold
• a strong resistance to stamping oily, soluble, heat resistance
• air flow resistance, heat exchange rate can generally increase 10% -15%.

Advantages comparing to Bare aluminium fin stock:

• Can increase the anti-corrosion, anti-mold, no smell of the function;
• The heat sink surface of the accumulation of condensate evenly distributed on the surface, not because of the formation of water droplets caused by heat accumulation between the block, affecting the heat exchange conditions, thereby improving the heat exchange rate of 5%;
• Because the water no beads, the corresponding also reduced the noise caused by vibration;
• To prevent air conditioning powder into the room to adversely affect the human body, in line with environmental requirements
